FNB false Bearu updates
I have requested multiple times that FNB update the credit bearu correctly as it still shows I have 2 active temp loans with them. Bare in mind this temp loan has been paid on the agreed time which was when I get my salary. I was told to email the support and I did. All they had sent me was an agreement of some sort but still no proof showing that the account had been paid. The reason I requested this was to dispute the false information myself on the bearu. I've tried to chat in and call in not a single person seems to know what to do to resolve this. I'm completely disgusted with the way FNB has treated me as a client of theirs. I want this matter sorted out ASAP as I will now log a complaint with financial Ombud should you not resolve this within 10 business days!
I'm now told I need to wait 20+ business days for my credit record to be updated which is disgusting considering this is something that should have been done 9 months ago on your part as FNB. You are fully capable of sending a manual instruction to the beauru for this to be updated within 7 working days why must I wait 20 or more? It ********* that you guys can be this negligent to update false information or have such outdated information. It almost feels intentional. How should we as your customers trust that there isn't anything else you're being negligent with perhaps our personal information such as this case?
I will not wait 20 business days. Please expect contact from the financial umbud should this not be rectified within 7 working days.
