FNB False Advertising and Boundless Greeed

Yesterday, over 24-hours ago, I filled in a funeral policy claims form on the FNB now that my mum passed away recently. The FNB website tells you that claims get paid out withIN 24-hours of making the claim. But 24-hours later, nothing has happened.

Not only has FNB failed to honour their promise, but they’ve also kept me in the dark about what’s happening. This entire day, from dawn till dusk, I received no communication whatsoever.

The last communication I received was over twenty-four hours ago when they sent a message saying it was being reviewed. What on earth is wrong with rich financial institutions and their boundless greed?!!!!!!!!!!!!
