FNB false advertising

So I get emails from FNB stating they are increasing their pricing and they are the best bank for SME. Also promotional emails about the simplicity of virtual cards.

THIS IS FALSE, dont believe it. 1. My business was crippled by FNB for several months and I had to use my personal accounts for business. You claim best value for money, I lost a lot due to the delays caused by this useless institution. The only part of them that seems to work is when I need to be charged or the fees increased. How about you fix the issues that has blocked me from utilising my business accounts for 8 months!!!!!!!!!! How about when your clients raise these issues you atempt to resolve them and not jsut send messages that the case is closed.

2. STOP promoting virtual cards!!!! This doesnt work and you cant fix it. I have been using my personal credit cards for international payments for months because your virtual card system doesnt work anymore. I tried using the SecureChat on the app but its a massive waste of time. I had them and you took them all away for some reason only you would know.

SME's beware!!!! Dont trust FNB propaganda. Diversify your captial and if possible keep it outside SA - these big institutions dont care if they cripple your business they will manage to take their poiund of flesh. And stay away from FNB, learn from all the complaints on this platform.
