FNB falling apart
<p>I have been battling endlessly to have my debit and credit cards delivered to me or to the N1 city brach. We are now on the 8th of August and I, as a customer, has no working cards. I can only do online banking but have no access to cash or the ability to buy anything at any store. Does FNB expect me to do an EFT when I shop at Checkers or Pick and Pay!?? This is getting rediculous! How is FNB going to rectify this? I have never seen a situation like this in my life. I also need to make a payment to Afrihost whom does not accept payments via EFT, only online card payments from an ACTIVE card. Afrihost is threatening to suspend my server which runs my websites and basically my business!!! I have been to the branch and tried phoning FNB, but it's a nightmare to speak to them over the phone. My only option now is Hellopeter.</p>
FNB also expects me to pay R85 if I wish to have a temporary card. Temporary cards are meant for people who have lost their cards. In this case FNB is at fault so I refuse to pay the R85. I insist on FNB supplying me with a free temporary card.

So how long is this going to take now???? In the mean time my issue is still not resolved. I have checked with your courier company CCD and they do not have my platinum cheque card with them meaning that nothing is scheduled for delivery to the N1 city branch yet. They only have my credit card with them.
