FNB - Advertising & ****** Life Cover Beneficiary

Terrible service FNB Home Loans and FNB Life. So first we bought a house via FNB Home Loan during their promotion that we will receive half of our first home loan repayment back in e-bucks, which didn’t happen due to “T&C’s” but I have the add that I took a screan shot of and no where on the add it says that “T&C’s” apply. Still struggling to get this out of FNB since Nov 2018.

Then today when I wanted to increase my life cover amount, I saw that a beneficiary was listed whom I have no knowledge of which means the lady that phoned me from FNB Life listed someone she decided should be the beneficiary. Almost a year I have been paying a policy that an FNB employee ********** assigned a beneficiary that she wanted to get the money. Whats next????

I have experienced the worst service from FNB and never get resolved answers.
