FNB FAILURE TO UPDATE MY CREDIT REPORT

Fnb please remove temp loan on my credit report as this showing 5 Months in erears and account was paid in full 3 months ago This is really affecting my credit score. I want the account to be removed by the end of today 8 July 2019. If not ,I'm ready to go to SPEAKOUT SABC2 AND I WILL PUT BIG BOAD ON STREET TELLING PEOPLE HOW BAD YOU SERVICE I'm tired of you now
