FNB FAILURE TO UPDATE MY CREDIT PROFILE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been calling the personal loans department and I am sent from pillar to post. I want FNB to update my personal loan as paid up! I am in the process of securing a bond and this loan status on my credit profile affects my affordability and scoring. PLEASE UPDATE MY CREDIT STATUS AS A MATTER OF URGENCY!!!!
