FNB failure to send Paid Letters

I settled my personal loan and Temp loan on 23 Jan and 25 Jan and to date i havenot received paid up letters.The call Centre Agent have been terminating calls wen u call.Two times they terminated my calls and im sent straight to a survery without speaking to anyone. I have requested assistance via Premier chat and that hasnt yielded results
