FNB Failure to resolve ATM claim

FNB Sandton City is no help at all. It’s been over 72 hrs when the initial waiting period was 24 hrs - to have the funds I deposited credited due to their ATM not returning my money after a cancellation. I really don’t understand why this matter has not been resolved as it is FNB to FNB. This silly excuse of the public holiday affecting their system does not cut it. This should be resolved ASAP
