FNB failure to give statement of account

I had a personal loan with FNB which I defaulted on payments with. For the last 2 years I have now been paying this account off but FNB now refuses to assist me just with a statement that I can see what I still owe. They say I failed their security check as I cannot remember my address or telephone number that I had when I took out the loan about 8 years ago!!! I have even given them the referance that I ise for payment and they just refuse to assist. I am not asking for any money or credit...I just want to know what I owe and this is being refused!!! What am I to do...should I stop paying and wait for them to phone me!!! Shocking service!!!
