FNB failure to deal with ********** activities

My account was hacked by a company called hovhe.com which I believe is a **** website used by ********** to cover up their ********** activities. So I am very disappointed at FNB for not being able to detect or rather notify me of a purchase to confirm if I am the one purchasing the product, there are a couple of questions I have

-How did the company get access to my pin? -why did my app or number not notify me to confirm the purchase -another thing is I only had around R300 in my account but these ********** were able to purchase for an amount of R777, and it was approved leaving me with a balance of around R-400 on my account so I don't understand how that could have happened because if I had tried to purchase with my card or online with an amount above my balance it would have declined the transaction bit these ********** were able to purchase with an amount above what I had in my account.

So all I'm saying is that I am highly disappointed with FNB and how they secure our money.

I also went to the bank and called the ***** department, but no one at the bank or the ***** department could help me, instead they just opened a case number and told me they will investigate, but now I am sitting with a R-400 I'm my account and can't even transfer my funds because I will be paying for something I did not purchase and FNB can't do anything about that so I basically don't have an account it's pretty much a demo at this point
