FNB failure to change a debt order date

I am very disappointed with the service from FNB. Many months ago i asked a simple thing to change a debt order to be processed on the 28th of every month instead of the 25th. I had a number of conversations with their consultants and got assurance that this has been sorted but it seems to have reverted back.

Changing a debt order date is certainly not rocket science.
