FNB FAILURE - EMERGENCY FNB CONNECT SIM
Never ending problems from all departments in FNB.
This month starts with my EMERGENCY FNB connect sim been deactivated without my permission.
This is also not the first time that this EXACT same situation has occurred on an existing active EMERGENCY FNB connect Sim Card.
Absolutely no reason for deactivating the FNB SIM whatsoever.
Notes: The FNB connect sim is charged with money at least twice per month, every month, from my active cheque account for as long as this number has been in existence (on my name). The last contact number dialed from this FNB sim (which is recorded) was on the 5th August 2020. I ensure that the calls are recorded simply to have PROOF in case FNB does something wrong. Congratulations FNB at least you are consistent as an institute, FNB never fails to fail and never disappoints to disappoint. As stated previously, I have the call recording.
FNB ACTION REQUIRED. Activate my same EMERGENCY FNB connect sim with the correct amount (ie the previously loaded amount). Ref Numbers: CAS485279 and Rr***
Other NB Point: I also want to state, for the record, that the lady with whom I spoke to earlier this morning *Nosiphiwe Biyela* was both friendly and apologetic, she was also sweet.
I also want to add that previously I was able to change the rating, but now I no longer have that functionality. I, hereby give you (FNB / HelloPeter) permission to change the status of this specific complaint (FNB FAILURE - EMERGENCY FNB CONNECT SIM) to resolved.
Thank you and stay safe.
