FNB fails to stop ********** transactions on credit card account

I reported to FNB ***** Division that money was being **********ly debited against my credit card on 4 January 2021. The credit card was blocked, cancelled and l instructed the bank to cancel the pending ********** transactions. However, the credit card division allowed ALL of these transactions to be processed... Its absolutely shocking as my account is now heavily indebted due to this maladministration. If FNB intercepted and stopped the pending transactions, my account would not have been debited with these ********** transactions. It is my expectation that FNB corrects this matter asap and refund all of the monies including bank charges. I am still in a state of shock!!!!

This unknown person who cloned my credit card is still trying to access "funds" from my account by swiping the "cloned card" every second day!

Please help!
