FNB fails to reverse unauthorized debit orders

Fnb unable to reverse unauthorized debit orders, on the 28 October two unauthorized debit orders went through on my accounts I called Fnb the following day, I asked them to reverse teh debit orders but they told me to wait for 24 which I did and I called after 24 hours they still couldn't help I call them almost every day but they are not willing to assist, I asked my self why they let everyone debit my account and when I try to reverse they can't do it, I am fed up with Fnb no one is willing assist including the branch
