FNB fails to protect us from *****s like declined foreign t 457

I have an FNB Youth Account under my grandfather and recently wondered why all of a sudden I have no money when I had money before.

I've had many "declined foreign t 457" transactions that cost me R8.50 each in the past few months. Why is FNB allowing that to happen on my account without letting me know what it is for? In the past, FNB has had 2 factor authentication with one time pins and that but they are taking money without my approval. It is deducting money from my account without any permission! Everytime when there is money in my account it deducts -R8.50 per day, it is causing me to lose money for something i don’t know about
