Fnb fails to honor their slogan

Fnb fails to honor their slogan. Maybe they should consider changing it. I app**** for a loan backed up with collateral. Instead of giving me feedback I had to keep on following up. At last their feedback was negative/ shallow, mentioning that there accounts which are unsatisfactory conducted. They failed to provide me with the alleged accounts and instead kept sending me same response with decline letter attached. It is my view that the collateral offered would have mitigated the risk and its a show of commitment that the loan would be paid back. Their listening to cry for help is contrary to what slogan request. Also treatment of customers is pathetic.
