FNB Fails to help every time.

I am a client at FNB for almost 15 years now. Recently I app**** for a home loan and I was rejected by my own bank. The reason being I am a big risk. Thankfully Standard Bank helped me and I was 100% approved. I did manage to buy the property in the end with a amazing deal from Standard Bank. A month after my incident my mother also app**** for a bond to buy a second property and she is also a client at FNB for 26 years now. What a surprise when they also turned her down as well. Luckily Ned Bank said they will help her and she was approved 100%. I am very disappointed in FNB but know I know where to put my future investments. FNB spends millions on adverts asking new customers how can we help? Be very afraid of a bank that can't even help its existing clients. Thanks for letting me down time and time again FNB. Think it's time to move.
