FNB fails to fix a problem for over a month

My ewallet issue isn't fixed. I'll be posting all the complaints I've made on Instagram. I am tired of FNB and doing nothing to fix my problem. I hope every FNB customer has a problem anf doesn't get it rectified because that's they style so that they can jump ship from this bank. I don't even want a phone call telling me it's been escalated to technical support because that's what I've been getting told for all these weeks.
