FNB fails to deliver on basic customer service

I had a Credit Card with FNB that went into arrears and they handed my account over to Brooks and Luyt Attorneys. FNB decided to withdraw funds from my Cheque account to recover costs on Credit Card and bypassed Brooks and Luyt collection process . All outstanding amounts was recovered and settled yet FNB fails to deliver on providing me with a paid up letter or confirmation thereof. I am being sent back and forth between FNB and Brooks and Luyt who both are failing to provide me a confirmation of paid up account.
