FNB Fails to close Private Banking Account

I sent countless emails to FNB private banking asking them to close my account. They keep opening a case and closing it without resolving the issue. I moved all my banking to another bank, and yet every month they are charging their premium for a dormant bank account. Their consultant Kabetso Mo***eng never responded to any of my emails asking for the account to be closed. Pathetic experience with a Private Banking desk. Pity!
