Fnb fails at their services.. *****ulent transactions!!

I have no words to express my feelings atm!

Last night I received a text on my banking app they are suspecting suspicious transactions.

They allowed me to block this to refrain from occurring and automatically it blocks your card and orders you a new card upon doing so..

This morning I check my account and find the 3 big amounts has been deducted from my account from this unknown person or company, I cmt say cause I genuinely do not know the name. Some North Technology transaction.

Now I'm in the bank in the line with the ***** department..

I now have to wait 7 working days to know what happened to my money and and and..

I am not happy with this..

Why was I given and option amd notified about this via app if they could still go ahead with these transactions and to top it off I am given a reference number and have to wait 7 working days for my money.. money that I need!!! ****ed is not even the word!!! Mxm

Last week I had another incident whereby I could not even do something at my home from.my app.. we are given various options on our app to use but it seems it's there for shots amd giggles and we are not protected !! A simple thing such as " chat to us" tile on the app doesn't even work!!

I am infuriated!!!!

What is the purpose of the sms or the alert if it wasn't stopped when I stopped it!!!!! What the Actual ?????
