FNB fails again to deliver on its promises.

Terrible experience with my bond access account. I have funds available, completed all the required forms to give us access to the funds in the account. After pleading and sending emails on a daily basis, they still don't get back to us. Pathetic and dusgusting. My wife has been on the phone for the past 39 minutes. They dropped the call on her. No one seems to know what the hell is going on. Best bank in South Africa. Joke is on me. I think not.
