FNB FAILS AGAIN

I am so frustrated with fnb. Moipone Gumbi from fnb called my fiance after we visited the silverton branch to get my account un-frozen when we realized my fiances account is also frozen, her business account that we must use to pay our staff. i did send the required documents to the banker at silverton (Anna) a day ago. Moipane Gumbi should not work with people she is rude. Please help us
