FNB FAILS

Hello Peter FNB - the worst service! Over the past two months we have been back and forth, but our mountain is just growing bigger and bigger. FNB has had no consideration whatsoever for loss of income and employment during this pandemic. No matter how many times we have contacted them and have met their requirements and after numerous emails and after 2 visits to the actual branch...they continue to deduct money for FNB debit orders and this has had a bad reflection on our bank account. So when we can eventually deposit some money to bring the account out of the overdrawn state then that money is just sucked in and none of my debit orders are covered...nobody can give me a valid explanation as to what happens to that money. And on top of that when we visited the bank they assured us that the money we deposited, have to some extent covered the debit orders only to find that come the following month, FNB has double debited my account. This is totaldisregard and incompetence of the highest level. And this is an award winning institution???? I cannot express my frustration and dissapointment! And stop transferring me from department to department and from consultant to consultant...it makes it worse!

FNB, I want to see a change in my account please. I want all the charges to be reversed with immediate effect. I have been battling with you for two months, we are entering the third month. I HAVE SENT YOU ALL THE DETAILS CONCERNING LOSS OF INCOME AND I HAVE ASKED FOR A DEBIT ORDER INTERVAL BUT YOU HAVE CONTINUED TO DEDUCT AND DEDUCT AND DEDUCT. I have communicated to you on numerous occasions and numerous platforms. I want to know what happened to the money that was deposited twice where I was reassured that it would go against my debit orders but then the following month FNB still double debits my account. I do not have R700 rand's and R500's to give away...for nothing and to a banking institution, especially not during a crises!!!
