FNB FAILING TO STOP THE REVOLVING LOAN DEBIT ORDER

I am lost for words with FNB , I don't know how to describe their service anymore. I have a revolving loan with them, and I have been trying to stop this debit order for over 3 months. The reason being I have handed myself to debt solution because i was retrenched due to Covid, so I pay them so they can pay everyone I owe. FNB will still debit the money that I m suppose to pay over to debt solution. After that I have to wait for a refund and in the mean time I must run around borrow money to be able to pay my debit order to debt solution. I m so sick and tired of being inconvenienced by FNB every month .
