FNB failing to perform

I have requested an temporary increase in Overdraft Limit from my private banker on the 21st of August. I had to follow up many times to obtain progress. On the 27th I was told that the request was approved. Today I sent 14 messages to my private banker. The feed back was that the credit division had difficulty to load it. It is now 21h51 and it has not been done yet. As a client of more than 46 years I expect a little better service. I went in one day from being a loyal supporter of FNB to possibly to becoming the biggest critic of the bank
