Fnb failing to make me new banking card since my card got ******.

I have a business account which i have lost the card i went to the bank to make new card they told me i have to do it my self on online banking i told them i dont know the login details cause i rarely use it they told me to bring proof of residence when i when with it they told me i have to cancel the cards they are just feeding me with useless information instead of helping me get my card and i would continue with my business finance. I need urgent help because i dont have access to my funds without card since branch is not helping.
