FNB FAILING TO EFFECT MONEY REVESAL : POOR PROMISE

FNB could not resolve a simple problem, i deposited money into the incorrect account I filled in a reversal form, they said will be reversed within 10 days, from 26 March 2023 to date, nothing is done. i keep on getting deferent ref numbers. last Ref number: ***
