FNB failing the trust of its customers

First I lost R3000 I did not have on my account because my card was swallowed by an ATM. Although I managed to cancel my card, I was not fast enough to stop R3000 (that I did not have on my card) to still be withdrawn miraculously. Recently I have been experiencing unauthorized R99 debits and upon following the number for the so called 'ABSA SA Payment Exchange) on *** I was not given no solution but to call a company responsible for *****ing my hard earned money on *** - SA loyalty . Upon calling, they wanted to take down my cell phone number and account number - refusing to tell me where they were based. When I refused, they said they could not help me. How can I give ******** further personal details? Then I decided to call FNB, and I was told \It is not FNB's fault"this is a current **** happening in all 4 major banks...I was put through to another line to stop and reverse the debit only to be told am going to be charged R17 for the negligence of the bank I pay so high bank charges to on monthly basis. I suspect foul play here"
