FNB failing me continuesly

I am at the FNB dube branch. It has been 2 hours. Consultants are avoiding me because I need a new bank card, assistance with my locked bank App, and I also want to dispute a debit order and want to downgrade to savings! It's not my fault the call center agents could not assist me. Now the face to face agents are avoiding me? It's probably best to leave this brand! So angry! 2 hours of hide and seek!
