FNB failing me again...and charging me a fee on top of it.

This is probably my last straw with FNB. I just checked my bank statement to see that there is a new debit order that came through, deducted by Apple.Bill. I was not aware of a new debit order, no debit order mandate received.

And now when I need to reverse the payment, I need to pay R325 to reverse. I really do not feel that,that is fair. I normally receive a notification of any new debit orders however how this slipped through the cracks, I do not know. And I feel it is unfair that I should pay for the fees.

Can someone kindly assist. I am not even aware of what the debit order is for.
