FNB FAILING ME

Hello Peter, I’d like to launch a complain about FNB . I had an agreement with a lady friend by the name of Linda Sokweba about a business that I was about to start and she said wanted to be part of . On the 24th of January 2023 the lady transferred an amount of R250 000 into my account and the money was put on hold because her bank thought it was ***** as she has made three different transactions into my account and she later went to her bank to notify them that she had made the payments and the money must released from being held … and they did so and sent proof to FNB .

I’ve communicated with Moipone Gumbi and Molatelo Monyemoratho to ever since they held the money and did explain to them what the funds were for, I did ask for the lady to send me proof of where she got the money as she and her husband had sold their vehicle to get that money and sent it to Moipone Gumbi , I’ve went to the branch with the lady to FNB branches quiet few times and nothing is coming right .

They requested that I send WhatsApp text between me and the lady who paid money in my account and I did tell them I don’t have the text … Moipone Gumbi requested the proof that I have really bought a property and I did Sne d it to her but still almost three months later the money is still with held ….

I later requested that the reverse the money back to the Linda Sokweba’ account, even doing that it’s still a problem to Moipone Gumbi . I’m being failed by FNB and it’s workers , as I’ve been with them for Quite some time and they can see the flow in my Account .

Please kindly assist with the matter as I’ve been patient with this matter for too long . I’ve submitted affidavits , letter typed and signed with contacts of the lady who sent money into my acc , proof of where she got the money but I'm being failed the project that the money was purposed for was supposed to be up and running mid February but because of all this matter things are being dragged.
