FNB Failing Card Devision

I am truly so tired of FNB. You delivery a card to me via courier, that I have been struggling to activate since Dec. Why its not activated I don't understand, what's the point of delivering the card in the first place? The app doesn't recognise my account, probably because I have a card that's not activated? Your Greenpoint branch cant assist, endless dropped calls with your call centre. of course no one calls back? What am I suppose to do here?
