FNB failed to retrieve my funds
I lodge 2 ***** cases at FNB on early on may 2025 the first case, their ***** department told me that the funds that were sent to capitec are utilized so they couldn't retrieve my funds, today I just got information that the same capitec account that they said there were no funds it was freezed with funds on 06 June 2025 with more than my actual amount of funds to be retrieved by FNB.

09 Jun 2025, 14:52I lost almost R40,000 in my FNB account *****ulently this is my second ***** case , FNB does not want to give details who stole my funds I'm stuck with no information so I can take my case further to retrieve my funds, I've sent numerous emails to FNB they are not responding to my plea. I want to know who stole my money in my FNB account.

12 Jun 2025, 11:11I received a call From FNB to send affidavit given email 3 days ago I did send the emails it's been 3 days the email I'd not through Queued on outbox, I wanted the details of the bussiness that deducted my money on my FNB account *****ulently they ignore me they don't want to release details so that I can retrieve my money.
