FNB failed to refund me

On the 03rd November at 09:11am, Rookeya Hajee | Cancellations Consultant | Smart Devices | FNB Consumer sent me an email, regarding the outcome of two faulty blackberry smart phones I bought from them. I was happy with the outcome but up to this day, 6 Days later, I have received no refund and no feeback from FNB explaining the delay. When will FNB stop taking their customers for granted? This bank takes the cake for poor customer service. See email below:

Good day Ms A Ngqulana,

Trust you are well.

As per our telephone conversation, I confirm the FNB Smart device contracts for both the Blackberry: 9720 has been cancelled.

I have requested for Blackberry: 9720 accounts to be written off. This takes about a month to be processed, however it will be done before the next billing date.

I have also requested for the refund all debits to be reversed. This process take 3-5 working days.

Hope the above is in order.

Regards,
