FNB failed to protect me from ***** and did not offer any help

FNB is a *** bank, about two week ago i went to make a deposit at FNB Kanyamazane branch which i then happen to lose my bank card, and upon realising that i lost my card, i then decided to stop the card/Cancel it. So last week Saturday i went to the branch to make a new bank card since i was using the virtual one and i need a new card, I wasn't informed not to put my money in the account since the previous card can still be used at Toll gates. I had to find out the hard way when i checked my bank account only to see a -1.7 when i have about 1.2 in my account, I called the bank to inquire about my money and i was told that previous card was used at toll gate/s so i asked the agent how can my card be used because last time i check i stopped the card so he told me that card are not fully stopped and card be used in any toll gate then i asked how is that possible because i canceled the card it not supposed to be work and why is it working now and why i wasn't told this at the branch and in order for the card to be fully stop when need to lose money first and he basically said yes imagine? So FNB refund me my money coz the card that was used i canceled it and it was not supposed to be working, that on your side you failed to canceled the card and now it seems like you deliberately want your customers to get ****med first then that when you will fully cancel your customers lost cards. Just pay me my money back and settle the fees that on my bank account because i am not settling ****. At the point i don't recommend any one to join FNB it showed me flame's today.
