FNB failed to deliver

FNB, has failed to deliver my kids' bank cards! I followed on email so many times, reported to complaints in vain.

Their service provider, ccd couriers delivered a cancelled card on the 22nd of August. They said they will deliver today between 8 and 4 and again , their service provider failed to deliver!

I don't know what to do anymore, after banking with them for over 20 years.

No help or whatsoever from my supposedly private banker
