FNB failed to close an account

I have had a FNB Cheque account that was instructed to be closed a few years ago, and this month I have been getting sms's from a collections company called Revco, which states I owe bank fees. ref number is ********** 219097. Please can someone from FNB investigate as I do not have the time to fix an error you made.
