FNB (FAILED NATIONAL BANK)- How can we fail YOU!!

So following my previous report on FNB ,a team leader, Thulani. mailed me on the 9th of september confirming that my previous policies was cancelled and that my new policy(which they failed to allocate) is now ceded. On the 21st of October I was mailed by assurancechanges@fnb requesting documents of my ceded policies. The incompetence is appalling. It carries on though. About 3-4 weeks ago I logged a call to report ********** transactions on my account at the Kenilworth branch. Only after reaching out to Rb jacobs he escalated the issue and I received a mail the next day to confirm the money was credited to my account and that I should go to a branch to order a new card. The card I ordered the same day I reported the ********** transactions. Your (FNB)calls are recorded so prove that I'm lying?!

It get's worse. You (FNB) really go out of your way to deliver the most dismal service. On the 30th October you debited my home loan payment due. On the 2nd you tried to debit the amount AGAIN. When it failed to go through you debited an amount of R115 for UNPAID/No funds. The shear nerve. After a call from my wife to query what's going on she was told it will be escalated and the consultant can't understand why the payment was not allocated.NO reference number was given. UTTERLY unprofessional from a bank with such a serious query. Then again It's FNB. What more can one expect. If I don't get a call/ email regarding this issue by close of business day tomorrow I will make it my duty to consult the banking ombudsman regarding these issues.
