FNB failed me again

I was told that last week I’ll be assisted with regards to the investigation a ****mer client launched on my account , I provided all that was required of me and was told all will be sorted within the investigation period of 7 business days , it’s day 9 now and I haven’t received any sort of communication from the investigation officer or the department about releasing my funds , could this issue please be resolved
