Fnb failed me

One star is alot they deserve non. I have a full week now going to the protea glen branch and also calling via my phone to get assistance with linking my profile with PayPal.

The consultant i called with my phone formulated a story and filed to assist me just because I called literally a hour before they knock off. The division called today works from 9 till 1pm however they didn't answer the calls at all. Dont get me started with the consultant at the branch who literally told me he can't help me there's nothing he can do.

This is Soo unfair and goes against what they stand for.
