FNB - FAILED DEBIT ORDER REVERSAL!
Debit orders taken on the 25th July which was supposed to be taken on the 25th August. Bank is not reversing it! Really unprofessional since it's MY money. Please do not deal with FNB

09 Aug 2025, 14:58They only gave me a reference number. Somebody by the name of Chad phoned me and promised to assist. He transferred me to their reversal team after already explaining that I tried them already. I emailed to updated, no response, no callback. Pathetic.
