FNB Failed again to put a stop payment on my account.
Stop Payment means NOTHING at FNB. African keeps on debiting my account. I've CLEARLY asked FNB to put a STOP PAYMENT on anything from African BANK.
AFRICAN BANK TOOK R3291.53 & R3291.53 & R3294.04 and R1163.55 from my account last night. How is this possible??
I've explained to FNB that I have no business with African bank and that they are not authorised to debit my account.
Every month I must call FNB to unpay these debits.
