FNB fail to respond to a ********** withdrawal from my account

I am FUMING over a ********** TRANSACTION that was made from my FNB cheque acc. The ********* used information from my card (card #, expiry date, etc) which was safely in my handbag on my person, at the time. This random company, that I am not fami**** with (their email address is: ********** **********LY stole a WHOPPING R2065.40 from my account on 20 July 07:18am. I am not a wealthy person and hold down two jobs to barely make ends meet. R2065.40 is ALOT of money for me. I have had to CANCEL my card from which this ********** TRANSACTION WAS MADE. Which has inconvenienced my life EXPONENTIALLY! I demanded that this transaction be REVERSED IMMEDIATELY. To no avail!!!

HOW IN THE BLAZES can FNB permit such ******* to take place? - I did not request this transaction. - I did not authorise this transaction. - I did not consent to this transaction. - Therefore this equates to THEFT. - It is OUTRIGHT *****!!!!

THE FACTS ARE AS FOLLOWS: - NO sms was released to me, informing me that these ********* were taking R2065.40 from my account.

- NO OTP was requested for this ********** transaction to have been actioned.

- THE ONLY way that I KNEW that I was being ****** of R2065.40, was a BRIEF pop-up message from ‘FNB inContact’ which read: “FNB: -) R2065.40 reserved for purchase @ Essentnature.com from cheq a/c…. using card …. 20 July 07:18

- Had I NOT been on my phone at the time, in the process of reading a whatsapp message from a family member, I would have missed the brief inContact notification and would have been OBLIVIOUS to the theft of my money.

- I IMMEDIATELY logged onto FNB on-line banking to see what the hell was going on, PRAYING that this had been some sort of administrative glitch.

- the ********** transaction was NOWHERE to be seen, on my ‘statement’ in the ‘history of transactions’.

- But there is a whopping R2065.40 DIFFERENCE bt the “available balance” and the “Balance”

I am FUMING over the fact that FNB have such poor account security measures in place.

HOW can FNB allow a ********** transaction, actioned from a suspect website, to take place WITHOUT the ACCOUNT HOLDERS CONSENT?

I am FUMING over the fact that NOBODY at FNB gives a toss about reported ***** cases such as this. Save for the consultant who I spoke to, as SOON as I realised I had been ******; who advised me to cancel the card from which this transaction was made, IMMEDIATELY. FNB has not offered me ANY hope of recovering the money that was ****** from my account.
