FNB fail to refund my balance

My check account was closed with the balance of R8000 and my Zero business account with the balance of R17000 plus.this happened December, they promised to refund my balance but unfortunately up to this far, I did not receive my money. When I try to call or send emails, they are Pic sometimes but in the most cases they are no where to be found. This is how FNB treat us as black community. They don't care if you need your funds or not.
