FNB facilitating ***** on my account.

FNB has been allowing random unauthorised payments to come off my debit account. I don't know who is managing to make them, but I want these reversed and I want this to stop. I have tried to contact you while logged into internet banking, and I have not even received a message to confirm receipt of my messages, never mind an actual response.

OPT DEBT PROTECTION - NO REF - R12.44 - small amount but that shouldn't matter. ZBD FX IBI8T02564 SD3GR8BTS8H37771 - NO REF - R60.22 - I don't know what this is, but it is similar to, yet not quite the same as a reference with regard to a forex payment made two days prior, which I already paid SWIFT fees and commissions on. I have noticed these payments made before, but did not have the time to complain, now it happens again...

Why no reference on these? No explanation? How are they being allowed to be made? I want answers
