FNB facilitates unauthorized transactions!

Have been battling FNB since Saturday to focus on pending transactions that were not authorized (*********!). Lots of mail later apologizing for poor service and referring me to the App but the app refer me to the call Centre numbers.

I see 64 000 negative reviews and the theme is the same...FNB has given up on service.

Long and short is that the unauthorized transactions went from pending to fully booked. FNB is formally facilitating unauthorized transactions (*********!) They take your money and then investigate for 14-30 days with no feedback.

Still waiting foe that "Priority" service...and the personal banker....missing in action - does he really exist?
