FNB facilitated *****ulent transaction

FNB allowed a *****ulent transaction to debit from my account and bring it into a negative even though I do not have an overdraft and the transaction should have bounced. Zero accountability has been taken and I only get generic responses that it will take 7 to 30 days to investigate. I guess myself and my daughter should starve to death while this happens.
