Fnb

Very disappointed and they even cost my days,when their app was down I paid for parts it declined 3 Times and when I went to to atm the money has paid to the merchant,can't get my parts and on Monday when I go to the bank to do a statement it doesn't reflect on statement and it doesn't show.now I have to wait for some days so money can be deposited back.this is not on at all with fnb,we request the ombudsman to please interfere and check with fnb.there is a lot that is not right about them
